Shipping Absolutely Golden orders are shipped via the USPS or UPS. Customers should allow two to ten days from the date of order for delivery, except where noted. Most orders are shipped within 48 hours via USPS Priority Mail and are delivered within two to three days of shipment. Embroidery apparel and gift items are custom orders. Allow approximately 3 weeks for delivery.

How do I return an item? Absolutely Golden carefully selects its products for their quality and craftsmanship. Items are selected based on our own experience with our Goldens. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and wish to return it, please contact us within 15 days of delivery at contact @ absolutelygolden.com (remove the spaces). For your protection, we recommend that you return products using insured mail or insured UPS. Return items must be in new condition. If an item was damaged during shipment, contact us for a replacement.
